We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers succeed with arenaflex's software, becoming a product expert and guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be responsible for promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex's software. Your day-to-day will involve: * Providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues promptly * Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform * Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed * Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences **How Will You Make an Impact?** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' experiences and the growth of our business.
