**Job Overview:**
We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems with handling our products, preventing and resolving disputes on PayPal and Stripe, processing orders, and creating shipping labels. Additionally, you'll be calculating the price of products, creating renders and mockup designs, working with AI tools to create new content, and managing social media outreach to influencers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms
* Manage sales inquiries, respond to customer queries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshoot customer problems with handling our products, including resolving technical issues and providing product information
* Prevent and resolve disputes on PayPal and Stripe, ensuring a smooth and secure payment process for our customers
* Process orders, create shipping labels, and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products
* Calculate the price of products, including discounts and promotions, to ensure accurate and transparent pricing
* Create renders and mockup designs using Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance our product visuals
* Work with AI tools to create new content, including product descriptions, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns
* Manage social media outreach to influencers, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
* Perform other virtual assistant tasks as required, including data entry, email management, and report generation
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Advanced level (C1-C2) English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify, including creating and managing products, orders, and inventory
* Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications, including creating and printing shipping labels
* Strong sales abilities and experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate with customers and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner
* Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator, with the ability to create high-quality visual content
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Experience with Slack and Gorgias app, including creating and managing workflows, automations, and integrations
* Ability to manage social media accounts effectively, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer complaints
* Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe, ensuring a smooth and secure payment process for our customers
* High understanding of worldwide addresses, including knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
* Experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls, including creating and managing sales pipelines and tracking customer interactions
* Proficiency in creating compelling copy, including product descriptions, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns
* Experience in providing live chat support, including responding to customer queries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with AI tools, including creating and managing content, automations, and workflows
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
* Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
* Knowledge of graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition
* Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating and managing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
