**Job Summary**
As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you'll be responsible for processing customs clearance and trade documentation for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This is a remote data entry position, and you'll work closely with our internal teams, clients, and government agencies to deliver exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process customs clearance and trade documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Maintain and update shipment documentation in accordance with all record-keeping requirements
* Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
* Work closely with internal staff, divisions, and clients to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships
* Process organization financier shipments and manage distant filings
* Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)
* HS Certificate or GED required
* No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
* Data entry/console experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
* Ability to use various systems and reference materials
* Ability to collaborate with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, internal staff, and management at all levels
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field
* Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
