Our comprehensive benefits package, unique training opportunities, and career growth prospects make us an attractive choice for professionals seeking a fulfilling career. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customs Trade Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries * Accurately processing customs clearance for shipments, utilizing data from various sources, including databases, SOPs, duty books, and the web * Handling and processing different import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, as well as managing PGA's (participating government agencies) * Maintaining and updating shipment documentation in accordance with all record-keeping requirements * Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations * Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service * Processing organizational financier shipments * Managing distant filings, as required * Ensuring adherence to all service and organizational policies * Performing other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution * No prior industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills * Required skills include MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills * Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities * Ability to handle high volumes of work and time-sensitive tasks * Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to utilize various systems and reference materials * Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, internal staff, and management at all levels **Preferred Qualifications:** * HS Certificate or GED * Industry experience in customs trade or a related field * Familiarity with international importing and exporting regulations * Proficiency in multiple software systems and platforms * Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including clients, transporters, and government agencies **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems * Ability to adapt to changing regulations and procedures * Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
