At careerzynith, we believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner * Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs, ensuring accurate and timely clearance * Handling and processing various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA's (participating Government Agencies) * Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements * Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations * Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other careerzynith activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service and meet customer expectations * Processing organization financier shipments and handling distant filings * Ensuring all service and operational strategies are followed * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration) * No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills * Required skills: MS Office, Viewpoint, Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines * Ability to use various systems and reference materials * Collaborative and customer-focused approach **Preferred Qualifications:** * HS Certificate or GED * Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or international trade * Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures * Experience with trade compliance software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines * Collaborative and customer-focused approach * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At careerzynith, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
