**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions and inform content strategies. You will work closely with our content team to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our content portfolio and marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions and inform content strategies.
* Analyze user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify trends and opportunities for content development.
* Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition and marketing decisions.
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy.
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation.
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth.
* Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
