**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Applying advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyzing client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preference analysis) to identify untapped client needs and uncover new content opportunities
* Forecasting content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Enhancing our content launch and episode release strategy
* Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Providing specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in tackling complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Good TO-HAVES:**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
