**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-level data to drive business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing habits, content preferences) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Develop and implement our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
* Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
