As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by investigating and communicating requirements to various stakeholders.
* Collaborating with the HR Consistency group to ensure seamless execution of tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing unique mark freedom letters.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, such as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services.
* Processing everyday FBI fingerprints into Access databases and investigating any data set issues.
* Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.
* Conducting high-level examinations, custom reporting, and normalizing all data used for HR Consistency.
* Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
**Favored Capabilities and Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
* Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, and Succeed.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher large datasets and develop meaningful reports.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with government regulations and requirements.
* Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results.
