Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry and Form Filling Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data in various databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as necessary.
- Conducting data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Completing form filling tasks promptly and efficiently, adhering to deadlines and productivity targets.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure effective communication and support for data-related projects.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to data entry tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other data management tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
While prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred, it's not mandatory. However, experience with data management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Working Hours
This is a flexible remote position, and you must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Availability for occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
