**Experienced Data Entry Assistant – Title Operations and Customer Service**

As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for: * Initiating title orders and performing tasks related to title operations * Entering orders into the system using a personal computer and appropriate software * Entering, updating, researching, verifying, and/or retrieving data into/from various systems * Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded * Assisting and training employees and new order entry operators on software programs * Creating back-up files for all data * Complying with all regulatory requirements * Entering data for initial title order according to proper process and procedures * Entering, updating, and verifying data into various systems for use by all personnel * Transferring title orders to the correct title abstractor * Tracking documents received and completion dates * Requesting abstracts, surveys, and UCCs as needed * Ensuring compliance with all regulations * Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers * Providing assistance to technical staff to resolve computer and software problems * Understanding, following, and staying current on all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook * Following instructions and responding to management direction * Identifying and communicating areas of improvement regarding operations to management * Performing other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management **Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos with proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar * Ability to deliver superior customer service * Highly organized with strong attention to detail **Skills and Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
