**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Associate with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks that will challenge your skills and keep you engaged. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
* Checking source documents for accuracy and verifying data
* Correcting data where necessary and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
* Updating data and deleting unnecessary files
* Combining and rearranging data from source documents where required
* Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
* Transcribing information into required electronic formats
* Scanning documents into document management systems or databases
* Checking completed work for accuracy and storing completed documents in designated locations
* Maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks
* Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files
* Printing information when required
* Complying with data integrity and security policies
* Maintaining own office equipment and stationery supplies
