**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Data Entry Associates to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for inputting customer and account data from source documents, compiling and verifying accuracy, and generating reports. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent typing skills, we'd love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
* Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
* Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
* Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
* Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
* Keeping information confidential in accordance with security policies
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
* Experience with MS Office and data programs
* Familiarity with administrative duties
* Typing speed and accuracy
* Attention to detail
* Confidentiality
* Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, additional certification in Office Management is a plus. If you have experience working with data entry software or have a background in a related field, we'd love to hear about it!
