**What You'll Do**
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Managing notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluating the candidates that apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Manage notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
* Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in data entry or a related field
* Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
