As a key member of our healthcare administration support team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient demographic and insurance billing information into our Information System. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Enter patient demographic and insurance billing information into our Information System with high accuracy and efficiency * Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files * Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data entry and administrative support * Stay up-to-date with departmental procedures, standards, and operational needs **Essential Qualifications** * 6 months of clerical and/or data entry experience * 9,000 keystrokes per hour alphanumeric keying with high accuracy * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare administration environment * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and data entry software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and efficiency * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
