This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. **About the Role** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team by updating and maintaining information in our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently will enable you to excel in this position. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring all necessary information and supporting documents are obtained and properly documented. * Respond to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors in a timely and professional manner. * Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. * Prepare and review files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring accuracy. * Liaise with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution, maintaining confidentiality and protecting operations. * Organize file documents in accordance with our naming protocols, accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software). * Perform relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. * Create all documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR). * Electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for DocuSign, and reviewing amended proposals. * Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of our team. **Essential Qualifications** * Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy. * Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. * Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn computer software quickly. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset. * Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others. * Good interpersonal skills to speak and deal effectively with other staff members. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. * Familiarity with Ascend (our internal software) and other relevant computer systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. **Compensation, Benefits, and Perks** * Flexible work arrangements to accommodate your needs. * Vacation and wellness days to recharge and relax. * Extended health and dental coverage, as well as a virtual doctor plan, to ensure your physical and mental well-being. * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources to support your overall health and happiness. * Company matching retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future. * Financial support for professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Annual company events to foster a sense of community and connection with your colleagues. * Exclusive access to perks and discounts to make your work-life balance even more enjoyable. **Our Culture at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace that reflects the values of our organization.
