As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in collecting, maintaining, and reporting critical information that supports our PHD testing services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure data accuracy and efficiency, and you'll be responsible for communicating professionally with internal and external clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, maintain, and report critical information related to PHD testing services * Ensure data accuracy and efficiency, and identify areas for improvement * Communicate professionally with internal and external clients, including patients, staff, and vendors * Maintain high standards of data integrity and efficiency, and support informed decision-making across the organization * Work collaboratively with our team to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities * Collaborate effectively with others to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred * Experience with Ryan White programs or HIV/AIDS services preferred * Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) or other medical software * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Certification in medical records or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
