**Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Customer Service and Administration**

As a full-time Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal by reading and understanding service agreements, digitally transcribing them into our client management software system, and reviewing, processing, and entering all services rendered. We attribute our success to passionate, highly trained team members who are committed to protecting everyone's quality of life. **A Day in the Life of a Data Entry Coordinator** As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your computer skills by entering and maintaining customer information in our customer relations management software (CRM). Your attention to detail will make you a natural auditor for ensuring accurate and thorough information is captured in our system. As a liaison between customers and technicians, you'll alert technicians of new appointments and confirm with customers of an upcoming service. With your excellent customer service skills, you'll administer a high volume of inbound calls. As a team player, you'll gladly support other office staff with any given assignments.
