**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis Park, MN. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our accounting team by performing lead loading and data entry into financial/accounting systems. You'll also be responsible for managing and following up on collections activities with clients and vendors, maintaining accurate records of communications and payment statuses, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing lead loading and data entry into financial/accounting systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Managing and following up on collections activities with clients and vendors to ensure timely and professional communication
* Maintaining accurate records of communications and payment statuses to ensure seamless tracking and reporting
* Supporting the broader accounting team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
* Ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and trust
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping
