**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This 3-month internship has the potential to be extended, and we're looking for someone who can commit to approximately 10-12 hours per week, working on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. As a Data Entry Intern, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our spreadsheets and reports.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately inputting data from various sources, including spreadsheets, reports, and customer orders
* Verifying data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Assisting in generating reports and extracting relevant data to support business decisions
* Updating spreadsheets for production orders to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
* Identifying incorrect order amounts and creating reports to support order corrections
* Completing order adjustments as needed to ensure seamless operations
* Transferring Purchase Orders into our data entry system to support production planning
* Supporting additional Purchase Order processing, including updating spreadsheets, customer order dates, and verifying order accuracy
**Requirements:**
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain data effectively
* Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and management
