**Job Summary**
As our Data Entry Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry and data analyst professionals in the successful execution of processes for client data. You'll provide hands-on technical guidance and support, collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company's vision, and foster a positive and productive work environment. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Mentor a Team of Data Entry and Data Analyst Professionals**: You'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry and data analyst professionals in the successful execution of processes for client data. This includes providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members to ensure they're meeting their goals and objectives.
- **Provide Hands-on Technical Guidance and Support**: You'll provide hands-on technical guidance and support to team members, stepping in when necessary to ensure timely delivery of data projects. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring that team members have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
- **Collaborate with Senior Leadership**: You'll collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company's vision, ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated. This includes participating in strategic planning sessions, providing input on team goals and objectives, and ensuring that team members are aware of company-wide initiatives and priorities.
- **Foster a Positive and Productive Work Environment**: You'll be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment, managing diverse personalities within the team, and ensuring that all team members are working together effectively. This includes providing feedback and coaching to team members, addressing conflicts and issues, and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- **Oversee the Use of Tools**: You'll oversee the use of tools, with a preference for experience in GIS data tools but not required. This includes ensuring that team members are using tools effectively, providing training and support as needed, and staying up-to-date on the latest tools and technologies.
**Qualifications**
- **Proven Experience Managing Data Teams**: You'll have proven experience managing data teams, ideally within data entry, data analysis, or ETL processes. Experience with GIS a huge plus.
- **Strong Technical Knowledge of ETL Tools and Processes**: You'll have strong technical knowledge of ETL tools and processes, including experience with data integration, data transformation, and data quality.
- **Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills**: You'll have excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing team members. This includes experience with performance management, talent development, and team building.
- **Ability to Work with Diverse Personalities**: You'll have the ability to work with diverse personalities and manage team dynamics effectively. This includes experience with conflict resolution, communication, and collaboration.
