* Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
* Ensuring seamless data flow between systems, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data quality control measures
* Providing actionable business insights and recommendations to stakeholders, using data analysis and visualization tools
* Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management and business intelligence
* Participating in process improvements and implementing changes to enhance data management and business intelligence capabilities
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 12th Pass degree or equivalent
* 0-31 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or a related field
* Basic English skills and sound communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management tools such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
