* Review each open ticket to see the outcome from the Help Desk
* Email responses to customers to ensure exceptional customer service and provide updates
**Qualifications:**
While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or those who have worked in online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer.
