As a Data Entry Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various ERP systems, including SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:
* Extracting and generating detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems to inform business decisions.
* Analyzing sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory levels to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs, optimize purchasing, and drive sales growth.
* Creating dashboards and visualizations in Excel to present data insights effectively.
* Maintaining data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data entries.
**Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Analyst, preferably in the retail or Vape and Smoke shop industry.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Excellent understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
