**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments (Remote Opportunity)**

Our team is passionate about making a positive impact, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless execution of customer transactions. **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity * Analyze complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications * Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile * Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Collaborate with external partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners **Duties and Analysis** * Review subscription deals or transfer requests * Identify and address Client/Advisor amount exceptions * Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconcile Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Resolve issues across BOS and Fund Companies * Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding * Troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or concerns * Identify root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. * Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments * Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau * Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and advance your career * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including mentorship and coaching * Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to help you stay ahead of the curve **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a remote-friendly organization that offers a flexible and autonomous work environment * Collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diversity and inclusion * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including mentorship and coaching * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to help you stay ahead of the curve **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and advance your career * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including mentorship and coaching * Flexible and autonomous work environment that offers a great work-life balance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools to help you stay ahead of the curve **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
