Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Utilize basic computer skills, including navigation in Outlook, computer general, and toggling, to efficiently manage and process data
- Apply data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently enter information into computer systems
- Demonstrate interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills to resolve issues and respond to questions
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure effective collaboration and customer service
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
