* Paste the URL for the job and provide other relevant details (location, pay, company name, etc.) in a shared Google Sheet
* Apply for positions using arenaflex's email address, resume information, and answer any other Q&A using the provided information
* Provide the date and time of submitting each application in the shared Google Sheet
**Performance Metrics and Compensation**
arenaflex is committed to rewarding high-performing team members. Your compensation will be based on your throughput, with the following rates:
* $30 per hour for submitting 3 or more relevant job applications per hour
* $40 per hour for submitting 4 or more relevant job applications per hour
All payments will be made within 24 hours of time entry into the shared Google Sheet.
