**The Role**
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, analyzing professional profiles in job portals, and managing job postings across various platforms. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team will be essential in driving success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Manage job postings in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches
**What We're Looking For:**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
