We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our remote team, responsible for handling and processing data across various Google platforms. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data input, working closely with our team to meet deadlines and quality standards. **Responsibilities**
As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Inputting, updating, and managing data across various Google platforms, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
* Verifying and correcting data for consistency and accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Maintaining organized records and reports, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible
* Collaborating with our team to meet deadlines and quality standards, working closely with colleagues to ensure that all data is accurately processed and reported
* Assisting with additional tasks as needed, using your flexibility and adaptability to support the team and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately record and manage data
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and self-motivation to complete tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive, with the ability to use these tools to accurately record and manage data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information, using your discretion and professionalism to protect confidential data
* Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate!
