**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilizing Microsoft suite to efficiently manage data entry tasks
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
* Providing exceptional customer service through clear and concise verbal and written communication
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve data entry processes
**Key Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
