**Job Details:**
* **Job Type:** Part-time, regular status position (20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 4 hours/day)
* **Wage:** $18.00/hour
* **Job Closing Date:** Until filled
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry:** Enter clients' personal data, services, and other relevant information into various databases with precision and efficiency.
* **Database Navigation:** Search databases as needed to retrieve and update information.
* **Intake Form Review:** Review intake forms for completeness and update data systems with changes.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation.
* **Other Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Language Skills:** Read and comprehend basic instructions and present information to others.
* **Mathematical/Money Handling Skills:** Basic counting skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of simple numbers.
* **Reasoning Ability:** Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
* **Computer Skills:** Display competency in typing (55 wpm) and data entry (10 keystrokes per minute).
* **Specialized Office Equipment:** Operate and program fax machines, copy machines, and scanners.
* **Computer Software and Operating Systems:** Utilize computer spreadsheets (Excel), word processing (Word), databases, and internet/email to access, compose, send, retrieve, save, print, or transmit documents or data files.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Experience:** Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
* **Certifications:** Certifications in data entry, computer software, or related fields.
* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
