**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to provide operational support and maintain data for basic to complex transactions. As a key member of our team, you'll work with other departments to ensure our members receive high-quality Provider data. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provides operational support and cleans up and maintains data for basic to complex data transactions
* Maintains and transacts data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
* Works with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
* Develops and implements data management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Analyzes data trends and provides insights to inform business decisions
* Stays up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases
* More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance or service
* Excel proficiency
* Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
* Proficient in the applications of Microsoft Office
* A track record of success that prioritizes work and demonstrates a commitment to excellence
* Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations
* Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year
* Associate's degree or work experience that is comparable

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
