**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, managing job postings on various portals, and analyzing professional profiles for our open searches. **Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
**What We're Looking For**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
