**Job Summary**
We're looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and quality. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and quality
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues
* Conduct site visits to investigate issues and provide on-site support
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve issues and provide support
* Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
* Complete service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure data integrity and quality
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field (e.g., A+, MCP, etc.)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
