**About the Role**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our data. You will work closely with our Digital Technology team to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers and employees. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and inclusive team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our data
* Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable technology solutions
* Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees and customers
* Work in a dynamic environment to meet strict deadlines, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science
* 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field
* Understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment to meet strict deadlines, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
* Must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CISA certification
* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
* Knowledge of safety engineering and architecture principles
* Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
* Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products capabilities
