**The Role**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us make data-driven decisions, identify trends, and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry, maintenance, and reporting, using a range of tools and software.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Conduct thorough research on websites to gather information and verify data
* Audit reports and sheets of data to identify errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
* Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources
* Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
* Obtain additional information for documents deemed incomplete
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry, maintenance, and reporting
**Requirements**
* Proficient computer skills, including:
+ Word processing
+ Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
+ Presentation software
+ Databases and customer database systems
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Experience with Slack and Google Meet
* Expertise in computer research
* Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Excellent typing accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Experience with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
* Certification in data entry or a related field
