As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a vibrant and supportive community. **Job Summary** We're seeking a part-time Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency * Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, ensuring the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, adhering to all relevant regulations * Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally * Ensure compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall success **Qualifications** * Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, logistics, business administration) * Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rates, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures, with a strong understanding of import/export documentation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
