We are proud to offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Data Entry/Mail Clerk/Receptionist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Performing data entry in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system * Preparing information for data entry and ensuring accuracy and completeness * Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages * Performing high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and scanning documents * Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards * Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and quality * Performing daily audits and data entry corrections to ensure data integrity * Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties * Establishing data entry protocols for each client and ensuring timely data entry and file management * Training new data entry employees on our computer system and providing ongoing support and guidance * Ensuring timely and accurate completion of clerical functions and data entry tasks **Essential Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, mail clerical duties, or reception responsibilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with EMR systems and data entry software * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience with WordPerfect and other data entry software * Certification in medical records or data entry * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a positive experience for clients * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including collaboration and communication with colleagues **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** careerzynith is committed to providing opportunities for growth and development to our employees.
