**Data Protection & Privacy Analyst Role**
We're seeking an experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry position. As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our customers' and employees' personal data. You'll work closely with our Digital Technology group to design, develop, and implement data protection and privacy solutions that meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and assess data protection and privacy risks and threats to arenaflex's systems and data
* Develop and implement data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
* Collaborate with our Digital Technology group to design and develop secure data storage and processing solutions
* Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats
* Provide training and support to employees on data protection and privacy best practices
* Stay up-to-date with the latest data protection and privacy regulations and trends
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy
* Understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities
* Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* CISA certification
* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
* Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
* Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
* Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
* Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or average effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program
