Your primary duties will include: * Answering and responding to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner * Arranging specialty and critical care transportation for patients as needed * Providing information and assistance to patients and their families regarding transportation options and services * Developing effective solutions for customer service issues and concerns * Directing calls to the Flight desk as appropriate to ensure seamless communication and service * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and transportation arrangements **Key Responsibilities** * Answer and respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner * Arrange specialty and critical care transportation for patients as needed * Provide information and assistance to patients and their families regarding transportation options and services * Develop effective solutions for customer service issues and concerns * Direct calls to the Flight desk as appropriate to ensure seamless communication and service * Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and transportation arrangements * Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation * Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a healthcare or transportation-related field * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or other healthcare software systems **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation * Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
