**The Role**
As a Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent), you will be responsible for:
* Real-time live chat with customers who are visiting our websites, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
* Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com, ensuring seamless data management and tracking
* Transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities, facilitating a smooth handover and maximizing sales potential
* Becoming an expert in the live chat platform, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices
* Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, including our modular buildings and remote workforce housing solutions
* Staying informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
* Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform, streamlining customer interactions and improving efficiency
* Enhancing training and best practices documentation, contributing to the development of our team's knowledge and expertise
* Developing and communicating ideas for improvement in our customer journey, driving innovation and excellence in our customer experience
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, and others, ensuring we meet and exceed our targets
* Collaborating with the sales team and key marketing team members, related to leads and live chat, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
* Performing other assigned tasks, contributing to the success of our Marketing team and the growth of arenaflex
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Commercial modular construction industry experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Salesforce.com experience, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Keen ability to multitask and prioritize, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
* Organized with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
* Customer service-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with customers
* Empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure
* Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and integrity
* Tactful and inquisitive, with a willingness to learn and grow in your role
* Proficient in MS Office, with a strong ability to use technology to drive efficiency and productivity
* Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
