As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will play a vital role in overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. This will include communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, as well as providing exceptional customer support and general administrative assistance to our CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads campaigns
* Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
* Providing exceptional customer support and responding to customer queries via Basecamp
* Coordinating tasks of others and ensuring timely completion of projects
* Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
* Assisting with graphic design, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up
* Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
* Analyzing data and providing insights to inform marketing decisions
* Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
**Essential Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Excellent written English and communication skills
* Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
* Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization (Google Certification is a plus)
* Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
* Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up
* Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
* Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp and Hubstaff
* Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint
**Percentage Breakdown of Tasks**
Your time will be allocated as follows:
* FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%)
* Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
* Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
* Graphic design (10%)
* General Admin (10%)
* Report Preparation (5%)
* SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
* Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%)
