**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for:
* Investigating and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and optimize processes
* Developing and implementing risk management strategies and business process improvements that drive sustainable growth and profitability
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including innovation, business, and technical stakeholders, to design and implement new business processes and risk management approaches
* Identifying and assessing new data sources, both structured and unstructured, to enhance careerzynith's products and services
* Utilizing industry-leading tools and technologies, including MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix, to analyze and visualize data
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and technical teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
* Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven risk management strategies and business process improvements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and process improvements
* Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process optimization
* Experience working with cloud-based technologies and data platforms
* Certification in risk management, data analysis, or business process improvement (e.g. CFA, FRM, Six Sigma)
