**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field
* Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights
* Strong understanding of risk management principles, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with data management and analytics tools, such as DataBricks, Python, R, SAS, or SQL
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 10+ years of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field
* Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models
