As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our delivery professionals are equipped with the necessary tools and support to succeed. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required) * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required) **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
