Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this exciting journey. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to support our delivery professionals in getting from sign-up to activation as quickly as possible. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and communicating with drivers via text, chat, and email. If you're a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to help people, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll have the following key responsibilities: * **Review Applications and Documents**: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility. * **Conduct Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections**: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided). * **Communicate with Drivers**: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications. * **Order Background Checks**: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software. * **Data Entry**: Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. * **Prioritize Tasks**: Prioritize multiple tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. **Experience and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Associate's Degree or Above**: An associate's degree or above in a related field (e.g., business, human resources, or customer service). * **1-2 Years of Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, but not required). * **Strong Attention to Detail**: A strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately. * **Self-Motivation**: Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * **Technical Skills**: Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications. * **Reliable Internet Access**: Access to a reliable internet connection and working computer. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or our downtown San Diego office.
