As a customer service representative, you will have the chance to support customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, following a comprehensive training program led by certified instructors.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support and resolve their queries efficiently.
* Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Represent arenaflex as a major brand, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and support.
* Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
* Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support interaction experts.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and continuously strive for excellence in customer service.
**What You Will Bring:**
* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
* Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (desired but not required)
* Prior customer support experience (advantageous but not necessary)
* Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
