**Responsibilities:**
As an E-Service Chat Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
* Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
* Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
* Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
* May assume other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software applications
* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Customer service experience and/or training
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
