**The Role**
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Your strong communication skills, combined with your ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and provide satisfactory resolutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
* Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
* Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
* Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
* Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
* Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
* Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
* Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
* Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
