As an entry-level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our management staff will guide you through an intensive training process, providing you with a complete understanding of every department within our firm.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Represent clients and manage their brands**: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, and consistently deliver exceptional service to build strong relationships.
* **Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions**: Familiarize yourself with our products and services, as well as those of our competitors, to ensure you're always equipped to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.
* **Travel and attend conferences and meetings**: Represent arenaflex at local and national events, and engage with potential new clients to build relationships and drive growth.
* **Participate in daily meetings and team discussions**: Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our services.
* **Track and report sales and territory assessments**: Provide regular updates to Senior Management on your sales performance and territory assessments.
**Daily Responsibilities:**
* Track and report to Senior Management the daily sales and territory assessments of oneself and their team
* Participate and attend weekday meetings to go over tools and tactics for each day's success
* Stay current on product knowledge and promotions along with competitor's offerings to ensure the best opportunity for the enlightenment of potential customers
* Travel locally to assigned territory and nationally to conferences and potential new client meetings
* Build and maintain a productive relationship with the customer throughout their entire experience
**Qualifications:**
* **Bachelor's degree or comparable experience**: We're looking for individuals with a strong educational background or relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
* **Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills**: As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to think critically and navigate complex situations with ease.
* **Prior experience in customer service and sales**: A proven track record of success in customer-facing roles is essential for this position.
* **Comfortable making presentations and interacting with clients**: You'll need to be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers.
* **Flexibility and ability to travel**: We're looking for individuals who are comfortable with a flexible work schedule and can travel as needed.
